From May 5, 2025, to May 11, 2025, SMM recorded a total of 27 domestic enterprise-won PV module projects that week. The winning bid prices for PV modules were concentrated in the range of 0.66-0.87 yuan/W, with a weekly weighted average price of 0.76 yuan/W, representing an increase of 0.01 yuan/W compared to the previous week. The total procurement capacity of the winning bids was 263.77 MW, an increase of 220.44 MW compared to the previous week.

SMM reported on May 12: From May 5, 2025, to May 11, 2025, SMM tracked a total of 27 sections of PV module projects won by multiple domestic enterprises, including LONGi Lerri Solar Technology Co., Ltd., Jinko Solar Co., Ltd., and Yingli Energy Development Co., Ltd., with 11 sections disclosing installed capacity. The main types of PV modules procured and awarded this week were N-type and P-type PV modules. The winning bid prices for PV modules were concentrated in the range of 0.66-0.87 yuan/W , with a weighted average price of 0.76 yuan/W for the week , an increase of 0.01 yuan/W compared to the previous week. The total procurement capacity awarded for the week was 263.77 MW, an increase of 220.44 MW compared to the previous week. The procurement capacity for N-type modules specified for the week was approximately 242.27 MW, accounting for 91.85%.

Key winning bid information for the week:

  1. For the PV module procurement project (third time) of the Shitouzhai PV Power Generation Project (Phase II), the project planned to procure N-type PV modules with a total installed capacity of 24.72 MW and a power rating of 585 W. Yingli Energy Development Co., Ltd. was the first-ranked winning bid candidate with an average module price of 0.70 yuan/W.
  2. For the 585 Wp N-type monocrystalline silicon double-glass bifacial module procurement project of Inner Mongolia Xianglong Shengshi Trading Co., Ltd., the project planned to procure N-type PV modules with a total installed capacity of 15.81 MW and a power rating of 585 W. Xinrong Digital Energy (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd. was the first-ranked winning bid candidate with an average module price of 0.66 yuan/W.

Explanation of monthly winning bid capacities in April: The total installed capacity for the China National Nuclear Corporation's 2025-2026 primary procurement project for PV module equipment was 26-29 GW. The winning bid candidates for this project were announced at the end of April, but the winning bid result announcement was not published. Therefore, it was not included in the monthly winning bid capacity for April, with the actual month of the winning bid result announcement serving as the basis for monthly statistics.
